Private yoga sessions are also available for individuals, couples, and small groups.

Recommended for students with some yoga experience, this class encourages you to work at your own level as you evolve in your practice.
Vinyasa Flow Level 1/2: This energetic, creative, and challenging class will take your practice into a deeper phase of evolution through Vinyasa Flow sequences designed to integrate mind, body and spirit through the unity of breath and movement. For students with experience in vinyasa flow, this class will challenge you to evolve and transform as you open and express new pathways of flow.

Hatha: Hatha yoga is an active, yet meditative practice that emphasizes the unity of body-mind-spirit, while developing strength, flexibility and mindfulness. The program is specifically targeted toward the needs of cardiovascular patients that include a modified version of traditional yoga practice making sure that the movements are safe and easy for the heart patient. Along with the postures, breathing techniques, stress management, meditation and visualization are important components of the program.
Yin: Yin Yoga is a slower practice that is designed to work deeper beyond superficial tissue of skin and muscle and into the connective tissue surrounding the joints. We hold asanas for a few minutes which helps balance your yang style of practice and replenish after a busy and hectic day.
